Who is moddified360?
Since May of 2012, moddified360.webs.com has been an international seller in the niche market for Custom Xbox 360® systems & computers alike. Primarily focusing on custom Xbox® console sales, the name “moddified360” was dubbed in 2010 as a catchy title for YouTube Marketing & growth of productivity in game console sales.
Prior to moddified360.webs.com, eBay was our primary source of sales since 2010. As sales increased, it was later realized that moddified360 needed not only a website, but a dedicated web-store that customers would have peace of mind in transactions without the worry of creating an unnecessary eBay account.
How does our marketing benefit you directly?
It is no surprise that social media is expanding in the personal & business atmosphere. One of our signature marketing techniques is utilizing YouTube to advertise & demonstrate each individual computer listed for sale. What are my payment & shipping options?
In addition to our care for customers’ peace of mind, PayPal has been implemented as our secure, hassle-free payment merchant. Confidence in making a purchase is imperative to conducting a pleasant transaction. Our verified PayPal merchant has been in service since 2009 with a reputable score.
With every sale, UPS is included as our primary and recommended shipping method. Every shipment includes a tracking label for your peace of mind and expected delivery. Custom shipment options such as expedited & bulk shipping are available. Prior to purchase, contact [email protected] for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Moddified360.webs.com welcomes international purchases and offers UPS international shipping with tracking. When you make a purchase, before you select “pay with PayPal”, simply select the desired country in the “Shipping to” drop-down menu.
Do I need a PayPal account in order to make a 1 or 1000 time purchase?
Once your item is “Added to cart” and you press “Pay with PayPal”, you will be directed to our secure PayPal checkout. As a great feature of our PayPal merchant, you do not need a PayPal account to make your purchase. Simply select the tab “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and you will have the ability to purchase your item in three additional ways:
- Debit or credit card
- Prepaid Gift Card
- PayPal Bill Me Later®
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge a fixed 3% sales tax on all inventory sold via PayPal checkout. (Regardless of using PayPal account or debit / credit). You will never be taxed on shipping or any other aspect of the sale besides the 3% sales tax on the actual item. To view the total sales tax charged on your order, click “Add to Cart” followed by “Pay with PayPal” to view the order summary. This will display your item total including tax and shipping & handling.
What is the return, refund & warranty policy of my item?
- If you experience a complication with your purchase, notice damage upon delivery, or have any other malfunction noticeable to your item, you can contact [email protected] and provide the following information:
- (PayPal buyers):
- Provide Unique Transaction ID #
- Your buyer email & name
- Date of Purchase
- Provide name & email associated with your transaction
- Date of Purchase
Once the above information is stated in the email, include a detailed message of your item’s issue, and pictures of the item’s defect. Once your email is thoroughly reviewed, you will receive a response typically within 1 business day regarding the eligibility of your item’s return and will receive shipping instructions, including an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Do not use COD (Collect on delivery) as it is not accepted and the item will be directly shipped back to your address. (Delivery Confirmation is accepted).
- You the customer, is responsible for shipping back your item. This includes packaging, including all original accessories or parts & your shipping method used. Moddified360.webs.com is not responsible for any damage caused during return shipments.
When your item is shipped, the tracking number updates the progress of your shipment periodically till the date of arrival. Once your item has been delivered, on that specific date starts the 30 day warranty process. No products can be returned after the 30 day warranty period.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, you must email [email protected] providing your email address associated with your order within 6 hours of purchase.
Note:
- Because of the high labor involved in labeling & preparing orders for fast shipment, all order cancelations are subject to an 8% restocking fee.
- If your order has already processed for shipment, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the 8% restocking fee. (You will ship back the item to the sender address on the shipping box and receive an email with a copy of the sender address if indeed the item has been shipped prior to canceling your order.

How long will it take to process & ship my order?
All computers and game systems are customized with your desired accessories, lighting, software, etc. Because every order is customized around the customer’s favor, your payment is made prior to ordering your custom parts and accessories. Basically, “you pay; your system is built, and is shipped to you." Your item will then be ready for shipment within 3-5 business days once your payment has been processed successfully through our PayPal merchant. You will receive status updates on the assembly progression until shipment. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your shipping & tracking information using the email address provided from your PayPal account.

Moddified360.webs.com is one of only a few companies that offer discounts directly to you when you purchase 2 or more products. This applies for any purchases, whether it be a desktop, laptop, or game system. You will be able to save 20% on shipping costs & 10% on 2 or more items!
